Conditions of Use

These Conditions govern your use of the NoobTrade website and mobile application provided by AmpliAlpha, Inc. (“NoobTrade,” “we,” or “us”). By continuing through an account-registration or sign-in screen that links to these Conditions, or by using the service, you agree to these Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

1. What NoobTrade provides

NoobTrade is a market-research tool for exploring stock and cryptocurrency prices, technical indicators and similar historical setups. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian or order-execution service. The NoobTrade app does not place trades or hold customer funds.

Information, historical matches, probabilities, labels and assistant responses are for general educational and research purposes. They are not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset. Historical results do not guarantee future results. You may lose money when trading, including your entire investment.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Conditions. Use accurate account information and a sign-in method you control. Do not share or sell your account, impersonate another person, or access another person's account.

Email registration uses a NoobTrade password and email verification. Where enabled, continuing with Google, Apple or Facebook may create a NoobTrade account automatically. The default social username is the portion of the email address provided to us before “@”; it is a display name, not proof of identity. Apple may supply a private relay address. If a provider does not supply an email address we can use, we may ask you to use email registration. Some accounts require an additional email-verification step.

Your provider manages its own password. We do not receive that password. Social sign-in does not automatically merge accounts with the same email; linking requires verification of the existing NoobTrade account. Keep your email and provider account secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Data and research limitations

Quotes and news may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or incorrect. Different data sources, indicator selections, sample sizes, time windows and calculation methods may produce different results. Historical matching is not a prediction that the same outcome will recur. A displayed conservative adjustment is a heuristic, not independently established forecast accuracy or a confidence interval. Upside and downside levels may both be reached within one historical price path.

Verify information independently before making decisions. Do not rely on NoobTrade for time-critical execution, portfolio protection or professional advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and should be checked against reliable sources.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass usage limits or security controls, scrape or redistribute data contrary to applicable rights, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, interfere with other users, or use the service to manipulate markets or commit fraud. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations.

5. Fees and service changes

The initial iPhone/iPad release is a free research service without in-app purchases or subscriptions. Usage limits may apply. If we introduce paid features later, prices, renewal conditions and cancellation terms will be presented before you agree to purchase; these Conditions do not authorize us to charge you automatically. Features, supported assets and data availability may change.

6. Content and third parties

NoobTrade's software and branding belong to AmpliAlpha, Inc. or its licensors. You receive permission to use the service for its intended purposes; you do not acquire ownership of the software or third-party market data. Provider logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies a sign-in option and does not imply investment endorsement.

Third-party sign-in, market-data sources and linked news or social-media websites have their own terms and privacy practices. NoobTrade does not control them or guarantee their availability. Opening a third-party link may share technical information with that destination.

7. Privacy and account closure

Our Privacy Notice explains how account and service data are handled. Ordinary users can request permanent account deletion in Settings after confirming ownership. A social-only user does not need to invent a NoobTrade password to delete an account. Provider-held records, delivered emails, logs and backups are handled separately as explained in the notice. Contact us if you cannot access your account.

8. Service availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted operation, complete data or profitable results. You remain responsible for your own research and trading decisions. Nothing in these Conditions excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. No particular financial outcome is promised.

9. Changes and questions

We may update these Conditions. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, and additional agreement will be requested where required.
